Refund & Returns Policy

Products that are Faulty : Sorry that your product has arrived faulty! If so can you please email with your order number, the description of the faulty product along with images or screenshots of that product. I will arrange a refund or a replacement.


I don't want my order anymore! : I understand this can happen and if you return the item within 5 days of when you purchased the product as long as the product is the same way it was sent, complete with all the items and packing included you can please email me at You will need to pay for the return of the items but I will refund you the payment you have made to us for that order but excluding delivery charge. 

When it comes to personalised mugs/glasses/jewellery boxes I do not offer a refund unless it has arrived to you damaged in the post ( please have photo evidence).
